I would definitely suggest you to reinstall windows. Even if you manage to remove viruses, I'm sure there will be remnants, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable without formatting.

Try install malwarybytes and scan for issues. If problem persist the only way then is format your pc, i do recommend low format it. Also check your task managers processestoday my all files pics and data are encrypted and all files are changed with .nnqp

Well, try your best to delete/end task that ransomware for better of your PC and also stop visiting/downloading in random links so that you will not get attack again
