I currently don't have League of Legends installed here to see it by myself and tell you, but you can do it yourself.
Login into any account, go to configs, scroll down and click on "about" and go to "Version"
See if the Client/League of Legends version is the same as the cheat here

(those nummber V.11.6...etc)
If they are the same, then the cheat is updated and you should be able to play with the cheat, fi they are not the same then the cheat is outdated and you will have to wait for an update.
