try to close your browser, this was happening to me and my Chrome was occupying 80% cpu.
Install QuickCPU then make all the bars too 100, that will give you about 50 more fps

Update your windows, and turn off all the stuff that starts up on reboot, and also update your graphics card driver. Also switch to NVIDIA
