I have A cpu i3 8100 and gpu rx580 and when I play pubg steam my fps drop to 25 how can I solve it ? Any suggestion ?

chech how many cores you have.
you need to check if your cpu supports turbo technology if it supports enable it form bois and also enable virtualization and virtualization I\O
close all programs and see how much cpu does the game takes
if update all drivers change power plan to high performance

I see you have a AMD Radeon GPU, here's how you can get better FPS, first install the latest driver software from AMD it has anti lag feature in settings, it has helped me to get consistent frame for pubg lite

For pubg lite it work good I have 280fps
But in steam in the plan it’s about 150fps but when there is enemies he drop to 30 fps

bro its normal you need to speed your cpu fans up , the cpu will be little bit noisy but the temperation will not go high
