Try clearing the cache and cookies and if that still doesnt work change your browser

1.Try different browsers like chrome, edge sometimes it occurs me also so I change websites.
2. if u stay on website for 30 sec and after u click ad it says not in website by red color text then right click open MH main page on new tab and click on main page ad it works fine.

make sure you have not window version 22h2 window 11 version also we can not support that cheat version some game . use downgrade version window
window 1809 1903 1909 20h2 20h1 version these are best window for all MH cheat
also uninstall the faceit anti cheat or vanguard do not use
