Well if it still aims at the chest after selecting neck or head, then use the "Shift" hotkey which will immediately position the crosshair on the head of the enemy. The settings to turn it on/off is at the "Aimbot Settings".

chose only first 2 option on and turn off other (smart aimboat $ shift to aim head) and you will shoot only head
