try to use programs that will give you the highest usage on your CPU and see if it gets above 85 degrees (the temperature) if it gets to that then maybe it's a heat problem try to open your pc and see what's happening in there.

i have the same try to do this and maybe will get better
- turn off the program that work in the background -if u have the anti-virus for the fair wall turn off when u paly
-
The problem may be in the cooling piece
