low dpi gives you the advantage to track better. High dpi users usually use it because of a small mousepad or desk space. I personally use lower dpi (600) to be exact.

higher dpi = less delay, so higher dpi is most likely better. maybe if you like delay in ur mouse or smthing

If you are talking about mastering high vs low dpi then High dpi will always be superior since once you master the dpi then high dpi react time and flexibility wins vs low dpi. But low dpi is really really good for that slow tracking and accurate aim. Personally high dpi is better at master level but I would choose low dpi since you can also react fast with it but you need mouse space.

its all according to your specs if you have big monitor like 27 inch 144hz then you should go for high dps low sensitivity it will lead you to a better aim.
