How can i change my profile picture?

i'm trying to find where do i go to put a pfp, but can't seem to find it anywhere, it's been 2 days already and i just can't change it, is there anything i need to do in order to unlock the possibility to change it or am i just dumb?

(NVM, the site just showd me similar threads and one of them was saying that i need to be verified first )
