honestly learn the game mechanics, help your teammate out, speak to them without flaming them first. If you get annoying rant from teammates, mute them but be mindful of them if they around to make some plays. I play adc as my main role and I let my team do their stupid plays first then mid way I go in for participation. Get used to keeping track of enemy skill timers and jungle timers as well. LoL is focused around taking down enemy nexus and not how many kills you have so macro and micro play are essential.

Anyone can reach Diamond if he has a decent computer, a stable internet connection and two hands. All you need to do is to: get into a good mental state, pick the right champion, win lane then make good macro decisions. Even you have the script advantage with you if you want to use it.
