You can try WTFast, it works like VPN but it is much faster than the VPN. Oh, and you have to buy it but it worth every pennies

Let me say that if you want the lowerst ping that you can get, is don't use any vpns and don't change the proxy and dns settings, if you are not then you got the lowerst ping that you can get with your internet connection

use wired connection.. if that doesnt help the only thing you can do is upgrade your speed of internet and last thing always pick a server of the game that is close to you.. don't play in NORTH America server if you are in ASIA or somthing.. it can cause huge ping
use a standard or direct ufc caple, it should be helpful as it worked for me
vpn maybe depend in where is the server location
