- Go to Windows Settings.
- Click on Update & Security.
- Now click on Recovery.
- Click Restart now under Advanced startup.
- Go to Troubleshoot.
- Click on Advanced Option.
- Now click on UEFI Firmware Settings.
- Click Restart.
- Look for an Advanced menu or System Configuration.

good pc 0 lag dude , best solution is buy new pc 
change pc parts component like processor..mobo...ram..use gpu & quality psu...if its not possible buy...run gameloop only close other apps
its just gameloop i have a 19 11700k with a 3070 and i still lag
high config & lag its not pc pblm..its game gameloop pblm..every high confg user face lag

Its totally depend on pc but make sure window 10 and updated and Direct x12 added and VC++ downloaded and nvidia driver all complete and next is gameloop setting {open GL+ auto ram auto procesoor and Play Resolution 1440x1080 try it ok
