You have to be an approved member first. Once you become an approved member, you must follow the following stages.

İf you want to change your avatar you should to be "confirmed nember"

Photo add option comes after you become Confirmed Member.
You need to become a confirmed member first, for that it's needed to have +50 messages/comments and have if i'm not wrong 5 days joined to MH, you can find more information on the top right corner, where it says how to use cheats, in there is info about the member groups and how to achieve them.

Be a confirmed member first. Then go to the profile menu and change there.
I would send same message because I did want to change my profile but later i changed my mind and didn't care so much.

first 50 comments you click on your profile name then to the option that says account details then your profile once you see your profile is simple you click on the image of the letter in your case it is a T and it will ask you for the location of the image you want to upload

You need to be a confirmed member to change your pfp, so you be sure you have 50 posts
