there are more steps and more way to speed up windows 10, clean temp file press start+r then type temp and enter, file explorer will open then delete all file, then same process and type %temp% then prefetch then recent then tree, windows 10 has storage sense try it from setting. learn more from google and youtube

to many ways to make windows 10 fast first you need to have a free spec on your C like 15% minimum .. sec you need to delet cash and folders like temp and config and %temp% from Run in the start menu 3rd you have to close no need service from device manger and finaly try unistall no need programes and leave only what you use .. i hope that's was helpful for you
