How can i unban PUBGM account?

Guys my main PUBG account just banned. I never used any cheats on that account. Today i started the match and it automatically returned to log in page. when i loggen in back it says banned for 10 years. please guys i need help!

One one can't unban your account. Open new one for keep playing.
