Can anyone explain what a spoofer is or how to use one. My understanding is after a ban i can use a spoofer to keep playing. Is that correct?

U should use a spoofer before even getting banned (when u cheat.) But yeh u can also use a spoofer after getting IP ban then u can play (on another account)
