While you are in game press SHIFT, then you will see at end of the menu AutoSmite then you can edit it as you wish, If I can advice you keep it for Dragons & Baron & Herald.

Press the i key or open the menu script and go to auto smite there will be a list of where it will use auto smite you may be deactivating.
You can configure de key manually. I usually set it to N.
