How do I know if I have HWID ban on my device?

It might be the first time i experience this, but it looks like i have my device is HWID banned. How do i know if my device is actually HWID banned?

Edit:the game is apex legends, and how did i got HWID ban is down here

So, i was like playing apex after a fex seasons skipped. And i was using hack before and banned 2 accounts in my laptop. Yesterday i played 2-3 hours without hack. After few games, i went for meal and left my apex open and DC ed for being AFK. 3 hours later i came back to my laptop and tried to find match then poof, i got banned.

if u ban in apex legends once, u dont get hwid ban, but if u ban twice, they will give u hwid ban
