Far as I'm aware there's no such obfuscation named ncrypt.dll
For C# you can use
Now is the software you're developing for personal, because I don't see the point in obfuscating your code.
Even If you obfuscate your code, it can easily be deobfuscated. There's much more better protection the this to make it harder for reversers.

Confuser sucks. Any other advice ? Its not personal. Some protection > no protection
