get yourself busy, find something you wanna do. Getting busy really helps, sometimes even hard work that drains or exhausts you also helps, you just have way less time to worry or feel anxious.
I spend all day eating, so the anxiety passes ... play, practice exercises, from running, jumping jacks, push-ups and sit-ups, drink water and eat fruits
Honestly, 2 things help me if i dont know the source:
1) doing something productive. Such as cooking or cleaning, chores, etc.
2) Workout. Hate it at first. End of workout always feel great.
We're human beings. Human beings are a person who can get up where he fell again when he fell. Remember, there can be stress, bad situations at every moment of our lives. You can only call it bad things. Always try to do your best! Forget the bad things.
