Apart from sleeping time (7 hours) and breakfast, lunch, and dinner (4 hours):
I am a programmer and I work with a PC for almost 8 hours every day
I read a book for 1 hour a day
2 hours of exercise a day
I spend the rest of the day having fun and relaxing (without a mobile phone).
I am completely satisfied with my life
