if you get ban in 3 accounts with or without using hack it means that you got hwid and you have to buy spoofer to play again or wait for 3 months

riot does not ban by hwid, so you just create a new account and continue to play. Don't worry
Lol does ban/flag hwid, it is rare, but it happens, i've heard it mostly happens for na servers, not for others. After you are banned, i'd recommend clearing your logs before hopping on a new account, also to check if you are hwid flagged, just play up to 5 games in the span of 2-3 days without any cheats, if it gets banned, your hwid is flagged and you need a spoofer. NOTE: Using spoofer is also puts you under a risk of being banned
