How does the league anticheat system work with WS reborn?

Can it detect alterations in the game and get me banned or is it all just the spectator performance that gets you banned when an admin checks on you/ players report? (can i just be sneaky and be just fine) its not clear to me, i heard about ban waves? "Ban status: got hit with april 2023 wave.
use at your own risk." what does this mean?

I always recommend losing a few games and not keeping your frag too high because if you suspect a script you will certainly be banned.

tbh riot doesnt care, a lot of high elo players are scripting. riot neither cares nor can they do anything about it
