How far can you get with the script on ranked LoL?

Scripts give you the mechanics but you still need to have the game knowledge to go actually higher than let's say Gold. Also the premise is that you don't get banned.

You need to know how to play well for the script to be an extra reinforcement, it just doesn't help that much
