The world is going through some tough times at the moment with the still ongoing pandemic and the economic issues that come with it. However, some countries are faring better than others, and I'm thankful to live in one that has been handling the situation quite well overall. I'm very aware of the privilege that affords me and I'm grateful for the safety and stability my country offers, especially for those who are struggling in other parts of the world. There is always room for improvement of course, but I feel lucky to have a government that is working hard to protect its citizens and provide for their needs.
