Almost all countries. Only a select few places have decent education systems. In reality, the old school approach at education has completely been rendered obsolete by the internet. With an endless amount of free knowledge now at the fingertips of everyone who has internet access. It is foolish to waste precious money and time on obsolete education systems when one can learn whatever they want for free whenever they want from the comfort of their home.
