Look, I'm a programmer, if you're learning programming for the first time I highly recommend that you start with the CS50x Course and it's free. If you have a good foundation in programming and computer science then you can start with C# crash coursed but you're only gonna learn the very basics of it and crash courses are not enough to make you good in the langugue, so you will have to develop yourself and dive deep into the langugue on your own.
