I've been up for about 24 hours now. I was up late last night studying for an exam, and I didn't get much sleep. I'm starting to feel a little tired, but I'm trying to stay focused. I have a big presentation today, and I want to make sure I do my best.
I'm not a big fan of not sleeping. I feel sluggish and my mind is foggy. I'm not as productive, and I'm more likely to make mistakes. I also just don't feel like myself when I'm sleep-deprived.
I try to get 8 hours of sleep every night, but it's not always possible. Sometimes I have to stay up late to study or work. And sometimes I just can't fall asleep.
I know that sleep is important, but it's hard to prioritize it sometimes. I'm working on it, though. I'm trying to make sure that I get enough sleep so that I can be my best self.
