It's really high, try to reduce a lot of caffeine, it's not good for the body
Luckily coffee is an acquired taste and I don't like it so I don't drink it

Yeah bro if you aren't caffeine addicted then don't start, I've started drinking caffeine to study at uni and now i can't survive without 2 energy drinks or 4 cups of coffee daily
