I only have 60 Hz. i don't see any difference when i checked in stores and i heard u cannot even perceive much hz with your eyes anyway

I mean you won’t actually notice any difference once you use it. If it is the resolution. You will notice, but your fps will suffer a little bit xD

i used to play at 144hz monitor on a cafe when i return home and back to my 75hz it is very different my tracking is become very hard and i cant even get a kill at competitive games

Mine is 120hz but in games like Apex or Valorant the average fps is around 60-90.

144hz monitors are not that expensive these days anymore.
Biggest problem is to have the hardware to even get to 100+ FPS in games.
