dude tf thats horrible hun experience you got.....i quite my gym cuz of my exam and now i am too lazy to join it back my gymmate calls me every day but I'm too lazy to go backi would say this since i am a part owner of a gym and workout daily it has nothing to do how many you can do its how right you do it and not look on weight or how many but people now days are looking how much you can bench press and so on its common but my personal record 1 rep of 170 i do sets of 120kg 6x depends
