Any time you meet the requirements of any rank (confirmed, prime, super, ultra, etc), just spare your account some few minutes say 15 minutes at least. Also know this. If a rank like confirmed membership is demanding 2 days registration, the registration time starts from the exact time you registered to date. So even if you have 50 messages and like almost an hour you're still not approved, then its probably you haven't reached the two days yet (48 hours).

make 60 messages, wait one day or half, you will be confirmed, you don't have to worry about it. coz you will be confirmed for sure

It wont automatically because staff members here in MH manually change our ranks , maybe it will take 10-15 mins.
