I agree with you that Riot Games should host events in countries where the crowd is enthusiastic about the competitive scene. In Brazil, for example, the crowd was very supportive of the Brazilian teams, but not so much of the NA teams. Therefore, I believe that Riot should host more events in North America and Europe, where the local fans can show their support and create an exciting atmosphere for the players. This would also help to promote the growth of the esports scene in these regions.

The rewards should have real money sort of stuff. Like in battlepasses of apex legends or fortnite, they give you free V- bucks in the free tier as well. Something like that, rewards for rank should have specific league of legends currency

Graphics wont have a big impact on the competitive scene. Competitive people hardly care about the graphics, take a good FPS game for example. In apex legends or valorant, they dont love the game because of the graphics, but the gameplay.
