I haven't tried it for twitch, but there are 2 config files shared on the forum, they say they're both almost perfect, I suggest you take a look.

Make sure to disable W cast on auto setting for early game and enable it midgame its a mana drain since it will always cast W. Pretty helpful midgame when you are going for skirmishes instead of cs/harrass.

just disable your W. keep farming, late game you will show your power to them, dont worry
