Are you talking about hardware ID? If yes, the only way is to change or upgrade hardware. Hardware ID is calculated from devices' IDs and user has no influence to this process unfortunately.
A Windows online registration utility called Registration Wizard (regwiz.exe) generates two more identification numbers. The first, Hardware Identification Number (HWID), also depends on the configuration of the computer and can in most cases uniquely characterize it. The second, Microsoft ID (MSID), is determined by the information that the user entered. All the described numbers, including the GUID, are sent to the Microsoft website when registering the OS.
And if you run Regedit, you can also look at your HWID and MSID:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\HWID,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MSID.
After looking, you can change or even erase them. Just in case случай.ls
