How to check if i have got any warning.

Recently one of my thread was deleted and i am curious to know if i got any warning or not.
And i would appreciate if anyone could describe the warning system.

only delete it once. Multiple of your messages will be deleted at the 3 time.

yes me and my boyfriend delete message from the system too, my 25 message was deleted but until now i dont know why.
