Computer host cleaning steps
The first step is to unplug all cables. Unplug the host from the power source. Unplug the other cables at the back of the mainframe chassis. When unplugging the graphics card, first unscrew the two screws on the left and right, and then unplug it.
The second step is to remove the case cover. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws on the side cover of the mainframe chassis and pull out the cover.
The third step is to place it outdoors. Take the mainframe chassis to a spacious place, preferably outdoors, and place it firmly on the ground.
The fourth step is to remove dust on a large area. Turn on the blower or a professional dust collector and blow it towards the inside of the host, especially the power supply, chip, graphics card, and the fan at the back of the chassis. The principle to follow is: from top to bottom, from inside to outside, blow the fan first, and then blow other parts. When the dust is almost invisible, proceed to the next step.
The fifth step is to remove the fine dust. Put the machine on the table, and use the leather tiger to blow all the small parts that the hair dryer can't blow, such as the card slot, to try to let the hidden dust be blown out. When blowing, cover the dusty place with a wet towel, let the wet towel absorb most of the dust, and reduce the dust floating around.
The sixth step is to clean the dust. Take a small brush to sweep the dust on the motherboard, hard disk, graphics card, memory, etc., and also clean the various card slots. After all the above were cleaned, the dust fell on the panel at the bottom of the main box, and finally use a brush to sweep here
The seventh step is to wipe the case. Gently wipe the bottom panel of the chassis with a slightly damp towel, and then wipe it clean with a dry towel. The outside of the case and the removed case cover are also wiped clean according to the above method.
The eighth step is to install the machine. After all the parts are cleaned up, install the case cover and tighten the screws. Put the host back in its original place and plug in other cables such as power supply. At this point, the dust in the computer host has been cleaned up.
