depends on the champion, but I would recommend that you look for a good configuration within this forum like challenger script.

I recommend the default, but you can change the E to to match the Q before or after. Ex: QEE or EQE

It depends on what Champion you play, but there are a lot of tutorials around in the forum, you just have to search for them!
