You cant counter tanks as an adc alone unless you're a fed vayne but you can counter them with your team beside you just let them peel for you and dont make a mistake when spacing and you're good to go but yeah tanks this patch is just ridiculous and is near unkillable while dealing too much damage

I tried with Vayne although i didnt have much experince with this champ so i need to have more experince to win games, although i tried with kaisa and some how it worked but unformtuantely kaisa early game is very hard coz of special type of supports playing with you , i tried tris it failed, i tried Draven it was 50 50 and rest are useless.

It really depends on your game's state. In theory, any ADC can shred these tanks if you're fed enough. If they're fed and you're not, you'd have to rely on team synergy to peel for you when needed. If you're behind, you're better off building offensive items (kraken) vs defensive items (shield bow) as it will increase your chances of getting a shutdown and potentially coming back from being behind.
