vayne is the only adc that can beat tanky you go with kraken vayne is an adc that can do 1vs1 with a tank quite easily

i think it depends on the adc you are playing, but basically: build amor pen % not lethality items like LDR and learn to kite well, since most of the tanks in the game don't have easy gap closers (like cho, yorick and darius), you can kite them without them being able to do anything.
but yeah, meta tank is really annoying for adcs, another option is just don't play adcs.
