official site never gives the downgraded version.....You can update it or download and install it
To download go to google and search windows "version that you want " and go to microsoft official website and download it you can selecte the language
that is wrong you have to reinstall windows with usb bootable driveJust go to control panal -> uninstall programs -> tap show windows updates and then uninstall the new version of windows that you have installed then done
