This how I did it:
Settings>updates> view update history then I looked at date where 22h2 was installed then you will see uninstall update you may have more options showing you just have to look at the date where 22h2 was installed and uninstall it the pc will restart and you will have 21h2. It worked for me and my of runs smoothly if there’s doubts

And yea btw i forgot to tell u i'm using ghost spectere and it have been really nice its for gaming version and its very good i support u to use it
