you can hard reset your PC to an older version with an installer but it'll wipe your data so make sure to do a backup if you want to keep it

Use Rufus after u download ISO, I recommend 19h9 if you're downgrading for valorant dword though

its kinda hard to do it if you are not used to spoof your pc permantly (because it kinda uses the same process for spoofing too). But basicly you are going to need to have a usbpendrive:
-download from the internet a iso file that related to the version of the windows that you want (i personaly use the 1909 version)
-download Rufus
-create a bootable pendrive
-go to the bios
-change the boot section of your pc to the pendrive
-its gonna restart you pc as a new pc and after doing all these steps and downloading windows again you are going to have a downgrade version of your windows
-don't forget to download after the installation of windows the wub (windows blocker update) to avoid your pc to reset to the most recent build
