How to fix high CPU and disk usage on Windows 10?

i need help about How to fix high CPU and disk usage in windows 10 Pro 64bit

Everytime i start gameloop émulateur and loader ( cheat ) i get a high cpu usage
for that also i have a powerfull cpu i5 7500 3.78 ghz and 8 GB ram DDR 4
But still same issue even when i close services and background apps ?

check when this happens who is consuming a lot of cpu this problem is software and not the operating system

i did and it's only happens when i play pubg mobile on gameloop using loader ! ( Cheat )

Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and all of tasks then your CPU and Disk will be use very low. lmao

don't worry its normal because the cheat is taking extra usage for wall hack

Yes i know but i'm telling you that : gameloop + loader consum a lot of unecessery cpu and disk usage ?

i tried that and now only some Microsoft necessery services and the two programs are left but still same issue !?

when you say powerful cpu what are your pc spec's in regards to high disk usage that could be a failing hard drive causing the cpu to burn more time to process or try and process but without spec's i couldn't really give advice...

Usually this is a software error, not an operating system error, try to see in your manager what is consuming so much of your disk, and try to reduce its priority

Look in the processes in addition to what You are running what else is loaded? Maybe something is being loaded from auto upload!
