improve your game knowledge and macro play and try to make ur mentally stable as much as possible and try to get 10 games per day try to balance the win vs lose and no problem if u abuse the champions that are strong in meta

Play and learn game Marco and script usage then learn how to play not depending on teammate like for me I play adc let's say I'm Cait and my sup plays Morgana I'm not going to play agressive or push towards them thinking my Morgana is going to land q never trust your su if she lands q then go in and fight but never fight thinking your temate will help or gan in low elo just keep playing lean these steps and you will start climbing out and getting better temates at the same time progressing in the game knowledge

Learn from your loss. I see people tend to blame their team immediately when in reality you could have done better too. I know there are some games that you cant carry or win no matter what but the only thing you can do is learn from it you cant win every game after all.

You should watch more streamers or youtubers. I used to watch Neace and it has helped me to not make stupid mistakes. And play one single role one single champ. If you are confident enough you can play 2-3 champs. Play easy champs like Garen, Yi, Trundle etc.
