First of all focus on your failures and plays, not others. With the mindset that you have "4 bots" in your team that drag you down, you will never climb. Don't make mistakes, always focus to play your best and you will grow as a player. I can solo carry 1v9 iron to gold with 1 hand, it's just about your mindset.
