As far as I know, there is no such thing, but if you do not want trojans and similar viruses to enter your computer from now on, try to use a strong virus program without turning off Windows Defender.

You can search if there's an existence of reverse engineering with the ransomware, if none, you have the choice to wait or accept the defeat and secure your PC (avoid torrent stuffs).

The first thing to do if your Windows PC gets ransomware is find and disconnect all the infected wired and wireless computers and other devices on your network. This will stop the ransomware from spreading and taking more of your computers, tablets, and/or smartphones hostage.

During this procedure, also disconnect everything connected to the devices on your network, including:

Shared or unshared network drives
External hard drives
Flash drives
Cloud storage accounts

To complete this step, check whether any of these were connected to the infected PC. If you suspect they were, you will need to check their systems for ransom messages as well.

i think best way is reset pc
since we dont wan pay i suggust a full reset but yeap is a risk that all information can be lost as there no backup
simply next time dont anyhow download a exe file and excute without scan first
usually i got this also i did a full pc reset
by downloading ***** vpn and turn out to be virus inside my pc..

i dont think its possible without reinstalling ur windows.
maybe try great antivirus ( the one who costs alot of money) if u really dont want to reinstall

ESET / Malwarebytes / CCleaner / Windows defender there are many of antiviruses, personally i just use windows defender and ccleaner is enough.
