I did see a thread explaining how to remove hwid perma ban, but now i cannot find it. If u get that is where your solution lies.

if your account is permanently banned for using cheats, you obviously can't restore your account

Even if u contact support they will say u to wait 60 days as they cant remove the hwid ban, its better u create a new account and play.
