No you cant Cheat Engine only modified numbers like multipliers number or something like damage, coin(your in Game money). Lets say you change your Coins to 9999999 with Cheat Engine and then you try to buy item on the shop. İt wont work because its only modifying your screen and its not in the real Game. İ have tried this method back in 2012 when i was playing ninja saga.

you can use Lua script and execute it by cheat engine but it contains high ban risk
