I saw a guy using a config for LPReborn to have more FPS? I played with Windsharp and I didnt knew I could have change anything to my scripts, just to check the blank squares for evade, awarness, activator, etc! Can I add other scripts? How?

close draws
and make low settings
disable effects too
low volume for +3 4 fps

dont forget setup all vcredists

Try to play in full screen mode it will increase your fps but you won't see any drawings

Actually you can use task manager for increasing FPS. Because script will be use some more CPU from League of Legends.

Solve;

Start Task Manager. Find the League of Legends.exe and set priority to "High" then find the script application and set priority to "Above Normal"
